The arrogance of Great Britain can once again be seen in this statement made by its foreign sectary in November 1917.
The idea that they (Great Britain) gets to decide who forms a home where? Is totally lost to me and yet through out history they have championed causes like these over and over again. From Africa, to Asia to North America and now this mess in the Middle East. Which has caused the lives of millions of both Jews and Palestinians in the process and continues to do so. If anyone should be blame for this, it is the British Government who took it upon themselves to create a "a national home..." in somebody else's country. It doesn't matter where you are from, what your politics are or whether you sympathise with Israel or the Palestinians. The fact is Great Britain is 100 percent responsible for whats happening in the Middle East today. They should have left the plight of the Jewish people to the United Nations.
